I started Midwest Resale Chicago initially on Ebay circa 2012. I first began purchasing many things, from electronic book codes for my college courses to gaming memorabilia.

I found myself in a particular situation where I had acquired over the past several years a particular gaming library that I feel I could resell it to someone who wanted my video-games. This is where I then started a dedicated website where I didn’t have to pay exorbitant fees on various other platforms. I feel that this could save both myself and my fellow customer time and of course money.

I now focus my time and energy on purchasing and flipping video games from my time in video-game era where games were mainly complete and had no dlc. I find these games giving me the comforting reminder that I OWN these games. Suffice to say I won’t sell too many newer era games on the site, however, my focus will remain on preserving the past so that others can enjoy it.

With that in mind, I hope that my selection of video games serves as a gateway to your past and truly fulfills that nostalgic pit in your stomach when you think back on the good old days of how gaming was, a fun and holistic experience.
